Returns and Exchanges

Non-dated items can be returned within 7 days from the date of deliver. (excluding bundle boxes)

We do not offer returns or cancellations on dated items or bundle boxes. Dated Items may only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective.

You may request an exchange of a damaged product within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Email us at support@daylastudio.com to begin the exchange/return process. Please include your order number and photos of the damage in your email.

We can not accept exchanges/returns from products that are used or written in.
